We are a southern BBQ restaurant, family environment, and non-smoking establishment. Rudy has cooked with Pitmaster Mike Mills in Cape Girardeau MO. Smoked Brisket, Smoked Pulled Pork and Smoked Pulled Chicken are on the menu daily along with other options. We personally smoke all our meats on site daily in our own smokers. Coleslaw & Mountain Beans are all Rudy's recipes. Specials through the year that include soup beans and cornbread from recipes handed down through Rudy's family generation to generation.
